The 4th edition of CEPIF has ended up as a huge success and Warsaw has once again opened the eyes of the real estate
community, and confirmed its status as the leading property fair in Central & Eastern Europe. CEPIF took place in a
new venue this year, the EXPO XXI Centre in Warsaw, and the stands were even bigger and better.

177 exhibitors profiled their companies, projects and activities to the largest gathering of real estate professionals
ever in Central & Eastern Europe. The exhibitors not only promoted their offers but also tried to attract the attendees'
interest through their attractive stands. Warsaw Municipality was awarded the "Best stand prize" and TriGranit and the
West Midlands Region were runners-up. The majority of stands offered some additional highlights and cocktails were
particularly popular.

Seminars were introduced to CEPIF for the first time in 2007 to look at different sectors, topics and countries in closer detail. Prospects for Poland and the Ukraine and investment opportunities in these two countries have been
given a massive boost by the news that they will host the UEFA EURO 2012 championships. Over the next
5 years CEPIF will be at the forefront of exploring and explaining what these opportunities are.
CEPIF 2007 was the first international event to present and discuss this, and featured a EURO 2012
exhibition stand. 1 day of the 2-day CEPIF Conference was also dedicated to the theme under the title
'The Road to EURO 2012'.
After a full day at the fair and conferences, a record number of guests attended to unwind, meet
new contacts and strengthen existing ones at the biggest CEE real estate social event of the year.
Held in Fabryka Trzciny, a converted factory on the east side of the Vistula River in the Praga
District of Warsaw, the CEPIF 2007 Gala Party attracted a record number of guests and continued

This prestigious competition caught the imagination of the CEE property market and the attention of the
world, with its coverage in the IHT, reaching a global audience of c.500,000 readers. There was no
jury, simply the CEE real estate market voting for its favourite developers. We would like to thank
the IHT for its valuable support, recognise all nominated projects and congratulate the winners of
Central & Eastern Europe's greatest property awards competition.
CEPIF Residential Investment Days took place for the first time in response to the dynamic development of residential markets in CEE. This event has just been waiting to happen and in total 52 Exhibitors were on hand and included leading Polish developers, banks, financial institutions and other companies operating on the residential real estate market, as well as international companies active in the region. Spanish investors and developers have taken the Polish and CEE residential markets by storm. The CEPIF Spanish Day took place on Wednesday 6th June for Spanish companies to find out more about the Polish and wider CEE markets.
